PRODUCT WARRANTY PROCESSING POLICY

All jewelry purchased under the brands Gem Treasures, NYC II and Diamond Treasures offered exclusively through EVINE Live is is covered with a one year manufacturers limited warranty.

IN ORDER FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE PROCESSED, YOU MUST INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR INVOICE

We will not accept returned merchandise without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number or without an invoice copy. Your request without authorization or invoice copy will not be processed. Please follow the following instructions.

1. Create a Request for RMA by logging in to this website. If you do not have an account yet, please click CREATE AN ACCOUNT on the top section and provide accurate the requested information.

2. Please provide a detailed description of the service you are requesting for the product.

3. We will review your request within 2 business days and send you your RMA via email. Do not send you item until you have received an RMA Number. You will receive a notification email when your RMA Request is approved. You can also log in to our system anytime to check the status of your request.

4. Make sure you have a copy of your invoice. If you do not have an invoice, please contact EVINE and request a copy.

5. Upon receiving an RMA Number, login to our website to print your RMA form and packaging slip. Don't forget your invoice, you may uploaded via this portal or you may include a copy with your jewelry.

6. Ship your item. We recommend insuring the package.

Limited One Year Warranty

RMG-MaxMark warrants to the original consumer purchaser that your jewelry item will be free of defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of purchase. It is recommended that you follow the instructions in the warranty card enclosed with your jewelry item so that your purchase information will be stored in our system. RMG-MaxMark will, at its option, repair or replace a defective jewelry item without charge upon its receipt of proof of the date of purchase. If a replacement is necessary to service this warranty, the replacement jewelry item may be new or reconditioned. If a replacement jewelry item is sent, a new limited one year warranty will be applied to the replacement jewelry item.
This warranty only applies to jewelry items sold in the United States and Canada. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state and, in the case of Canada, from province to province. Any damage to or malfunction of your jewelry item resulting from the non-normal wear and tear may not be covered by this warranty or may result in a service fee if the damage or malfunction is determined to be caused by such non-normal wear and tear use. This warranty includes ring re-sizing services up to one size up or down.

What is not covered by the Limited Warranty?
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER LOSS, THEFT CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES SUCH AS PROPERTY DAMAGE AND DOES NOT COVER INCIDENTAL COSTS AND EXPENSES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE. IF A REPLACEMENT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR SOME JEWELRY PIECES DUE TO THE PIECE UNIQUENESS A LIKE KIND AND QUALITY JEWELRY ITEM WILL BE PROVIDED AS A REPLACEMENT. Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you depending on the state or province of purchase. Nor does this warranty cover damages caused by non-normal wear and tear use, services performed by anyone other than RMG-MaxMark, or external causes such as abuse, misuse or acts of God.



Other Limitations
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL. IN ADDITION, RMG-MaxMark HEREBY SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Some states or provinces do not allow disclaimers of such implied warranties or limitations on how long
an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you depending on the state or the province of purchase.


Effective Date
RMG-MaxMark Limited Warranty enters in effect on purchase date for purchases made as of July 1, 2019.

How do you obtain warranty service?
RMG-MaxMark jewelry items are high-quality pieces and, with proper care, are intended to provide years of satisfying enjoyment and beauty. However, should the need arise for warranty servicing, simply call RMG-MaxMark Warranty Services at our toll free phone number 1.844.PJCHUCK (752-4825). Please do not return your jewelry items for servicing without first speaking to RMG-MaxMark Warranty Services to obtain an Authorization to Return number (ATR). RMG-MaxMark jewelry items returned without an ATR number will be returned to the sender without servicing. You will need a copy of your sales receipt, e-mail address and your daytime phone number. The sales receipt establishes both the purchase date and the retail price which will be used to calculate the replacement cost. No returns can be made without a copy of the original sales receipt. To return your jewelry for warranty repair:

2. Include your proof of purchase to establish date and price
3. Complete the Warranty Claim Form
4. Obtain an Authorization number (ATR or RMA) and attach it to your item and reference.
